Procedure Text How To Make a Mushroom Chicken Soup

• ½ lb boneless chicken breast
• 4 tbsp sesame oil
• 2 cups chicken stock
• 2 tbsp sherry
• 1 cup fresh mushrooms, quartered
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

How To Make a Mushroom Chicken Soup
• Slice the chicken breast meat thinly
• Put the chicken stock into a rolling boils and add the chicken and mushroom
• When the soup is boiling again and all the ingredients float to the top, remove from the heat
• Add the sesame oil and sherry. Taste for seasoning. Add salt and pepper if necessary
• Serve in individual bowls and sprinkle the parsley on top of the soup
